Compliance Conservation
To be eligible for USDA programs and crop insurance, you must meet conservation compliance requirements, which is done by having a Highly Erodible Land Conservation and Wetland Conservation Certification (AD-1026) on file. Income and Tax Financial Requirements
Average Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) Certification (CCC-941): Many programs require that your adjusted gross income is not more than $900,000. Certification For Specific Producer Groups
Socially Disadvantaged, Limited Resource, and Beginning and Veteran Farmer or Rancher Certification (CCC-860): This form is used to certify that an individual, legal entity, or joint operation is a member of one or more of these specific producer groups. Reporting Acreage and Crop Losses
Report of Acreage (FSA-578): For crop insurance and disaster assistance, report planted crops. If you have crop insurance, report through your Approved Insurance Provider.
