Please note that voicemail transcripts may occasionally have errors. Google is continuously working to improve the accuracy of the transcriptions. Accessing your voicemails is simple, whether you're on your computer, Android device, or iPhone/iPad.

Listening To Voicemails

To listen to your voicemails, navigate to voice.google.com on your computer or open the Google Voice app on your mobile device.

On your computer, click on 'Voicemail' in the left-hand menu. Unread voicemails will be in bold. Click on a voicemail to select it and click the 'Play' button to listen to the audio.

Reading Voicemail Transcripts

To read the voicemail transcript, open the voicemail on your computer or mobile device and look for the transcript below the audio player. If a transcript is available, it will be displayed directly.

If a voicemail doesn't appear, check your spam folder in Google Voice. Sometimes, voicemails are incorrectly flagged as spam.
