Selecting Your Audience Who Can Respond to Your Form?
Microsoft Forms offers flexible options for controlling who can submit responses to your forms or quizzes. In the upper-right corner, click "Collect responses" to configure your audience.
You have several options:
* Anyone can respond: Open access for responses from anyone, inside or outside your organization.
* Only people in my organization can respond: Restrict responses to users signed in with a work or school account.
* Specific people in my organization can respond: Limit responses to specific individuals or groups within your organization.
Sharing Your Form How to Ask for Responses
Once you've set your audience, it's time to distribute your form. Microsoft Forms provides various methods:
* Copy Link: Click the "Copy link" option. Paste the unique web address wherever your intended audience can access the form (e.g., a shared class notebook or email).
* QR Code: Select the "QR code" button and download the .png file. Share the QR code where your audience can scan it with a QR code reader (e.g., a mobile device).
* Embed: Click the "Embed" button and copy the embed code. Paste this code into a webpage, Sway presentation, or a document to directly integrate the form.
* Email: Select the "Email" button to open your default email application. Add recipient email addresses, and Microsoft Forms will generate an email containing a brief note and a link to your form. Customize the email message as needed.
