Ditch the Phone, Answer Calls Directly from Your PC

Tired of constantly reaching for your phone when it rings? Phone Link allows you to make and receive calls directly from your Windows PC, keeping you connected without interrupting your workflow. This guide shows you how to use Phone Link for both Android and iPhone devices, ensuring you don't miss a beat.

Whether you're using an Android or iPhone, Phone Link leverages Bluetooth technology to connect your phone and PC, providing a seamless calling experience. Read on to discover how easy it is to set up and use this convenient feature.

Android Making Calls on Your PC with Phone Link

To make a call using Phone Link on your PC, ensure both your PC and Android device have Bluetooth enabled. Open the Phone Link app and select 'Calls'.

In the search bar, enter a contact name or phone number. Alternatively, use the dial pad to enter a number directly. Then, simply click the dial icon (the phone receiver symbol) to initiate the call.

If Bluetooth isn't available or turned off, you won't be able to make or receive calls on your PC. When using the calling feature for the first time, you'll need to grant necessary permissions on your Android device. Granting these permissions allows Phone Link to access and display your Android device information.

Android Calling Features in Phone Link

During a call, you might need to enter numbers to select menu options. Use the on-screen keypad, accessible via a dropdown menu.

To view your recent calls, go to the 'Calls' section in Phone Link. You'll see your call history for the last 90 days. Unfortunately, you can't manage or delete these calls from your PC.

You can mute a call using the mute button on either your Android device or your PC. When a call is in progress on your Android device, you can't mute it from your PC.

iPhone Making Calls on Your PC with Phone Link

For iPhone users, the process is just as straightforward. Ensure your iPhone is within Bluetooth range of your PC.

Open Phone Link, select 'Calls', and then type a contact name or number into the search bar. Click the dial icon to make the call.

During a call, use the on-screen keypad, accessible via a dropdown menu, to enter numbers as needed.

Seamlessly integrate your phone calls into your PC workflow, enhancing productivity and convenience.

Calls via Phone Link may experience disruptions due to various technical issues, such as power outages or Bluetooth connectivity problems.

Phone Link is not required to offer access to Emergency Services under any local or national regulations, and is not intended to support or carry emergency calls. Always have access to a reliable means of contacting emergency services.
